Steil Hears from Wisconsin Agriculture Industry at Trade Field Hearing
BURLINGTON, WI—Today, Bryan Steil held an agriculture and trade field hearing in Burlington to discuss the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Steil and officials from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Small Business Association heard public testimony from experts in the agriculture industry during a two-part panel.
"Today's field hearing helps me better understand the needs and concerns of our agriculture industry. I appreciate the discussion from experts in the field and members in our community. The USMCA is a modern trade deal that provides more opportunity for our farmers. I'll continue working closely with the Administration, state, and local partners to ensure the USMCA benefits Wisconsin communities," said Steil.
