Capital City Sunday: Congressman Bryan Steil & State Rep. David Crowley

MADISON (WKOW) — Congressman Bryan Steil (R) who represents the 1st congressional district weighs in on President Trump's National Emergency Declaration to fund a wall on the southern border.

Rep. Steil said he's frustrated by the President side-stepping Congress to allocate funds through a national emergency to increase border security. The congressman also introduces bipartisan legislation that would prevent government shutdowns.
