To our police officers, thank you!

As we begin National Police Week, let's all take a moment to honor our police officers and law enforcement.

They work day in and day out protecting our communities, risking their lives to save strangers.

I've seen their work firsthand on ride-alongs with the Janesville and Racine Police Departments.

They are selfless, brave, men and women who never back down when tragedy strikes.

You're there when people need you most.

Thank you for your continued efforts to prevent opioid abuse, human trafficking, and drug crimes in our communities.

I'm committed to supporting you and your efforts at the federal level.
