Steil: Wasteful Spending in Washington Continues as New Majority Draws Near

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Bryan Steil released a statement following the House vote on the $1.6 trillion omnibus spending package. 

“The Democratic controlled Congress is ending just as it started off, with another reckless spending package. Washington continues to spend beyond its means. On January 3^rd, the reckless spending that has made everything unaffordable for American families will end. I voted against this massive spending bill.”
