WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Bryan Steil (WI-01) joined 145 Republicans in signing a letter to President Biden raising concerns about the rising prices of oil and gas. The letter comes after the Biden Administration's recent request to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and 10 other oil-exporting nations, known collectively as OPEC+, to produce more oil to fight rising gas prices for American consumers.

During the visit, they met with the Del Rio Sector Border Patrol, toured the International Bridge and held a roundtable with Border Patrol Union leadership, Texas Department of Public Service and National Guard to discuss the ongoing crisis at the southern border.
